#1 Accounting Administrator – Future Controller Opportunity
Tri City Cycle & Sport is a busy, family-oriented powersports dealership serving motorcycle, ATV and snowmobile enthusiasts. We are looking for a motivated accounting professional who wants more than a bookkeeping position—we are looking for someone who is interested in growing into a Controller role within our company.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable or accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership of their work, is highly organized, and is looking for long-term career growth.
Position Details

Responsibilities
Initially, your responsibilities will include:
• Full-cycle Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
• Vendor account reconciliation
• Maintaining organized accounting records
• Working within our dealership management system
• Assisting with month-end accounting procedures
• Supporting office administration as required
As you develop within the role, additional responsibilities will include:
• General Ledger balancing
• Unit inventory control
• Financial reporting support
• Supervising and assisting office staff
• Progression into Controller responsibilities
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong Accounts Payable experience
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent computer skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Assets
The following experience would be considered a strong asset:
• Lightspeed EVO Dealer Management Software
• Powersports dealership experience
• Automotive or dealership accounting
• Inventory accounting
• Management or supervisory experience

#2 Parts Sales advisor (Full-Time)
Join Our Team!
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Full-Time Parts Salesperson to join our busy powersports dealership. If you enjoy helping customers, are organized, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d like to hear from you.
Whether you already have powersports experience or come from an automotive, marine, agricultural, or equipment parts background, we are willing to provide product training to the right individual.
Position Details
Full-time, permanent position
40–44 hours per week
Starting wage: $20.00 per hour
Opportunity for wage increases based on performance, knowledge, and experience
Responsibilities
Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts and accessory inquiries.
Accurately identify and source OEM and aftermarket parts using electronic parts catalogues.
Process customer orders, special orders, and backorders.
Receive, price, and stock incoming inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control.
Merchandise parts and accessories to create an organized and attractive retail environment.
Work closely with the service department to ensure technicians receive required parts promptly.
Process customer payments using the dealership’s point-of-sale system.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department.
Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
Qualifications
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred
Experience in parts sales, retail sales, or customer service.
Experience using electronic parts lookup systems.
Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, or outdoor power equipment.
Experience with inventory management or receiving.

If you enjoy meeting people, sharing your knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles, and helping customers choose the right machine for their lifestyle, we’d love to meet you.
Whether you’re helping a first-time rider purchase their very first motorcycle or assisting a long-time customer upgrade to a new model, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional buying experience.
Position Details
· Full-time, permanent position (10am to 5pm Monday to Friday)
· Competitive compensation (salary plus commission or commission structure, depending on your plan)

Responsibilities
· Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.

· Maintain product knowledge on current models and promotions.
· Follow up with customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
· Work closely with the finance, parts and service departments to provide an outstanding ownership experience.

Qualifications
· Valid OMVIC certification (required to sell street motorcycles).
· Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
· Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
· Comfortable using computers and dealership software.
· Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
